A blend of cultures, traditions and vibrant color made S+B’s intimate NYC wedding especially memorable!

The multi-day celebration reflected the couple’s artistic interests. Guests enjoyed a walking gallery tour and architectural boat cruise while the Ketubah was printed on an original painting by the bride’s mother.

A traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony - featuring a furry, special guest! - kicked-off the formal festivities where guests delivered written blessings to the couple in red silk pouches. In return, S+B included handwritten personal notes to each guest in their Message In a Bottle place cards the following day.

Silk lanterns overflowing with florals were a nod to the colorful Vietnamese Night Markets. Seasonal fruit and saturated blooms complimented pastel decor accents in the linens, taper candles and blush cake.

Despite the uncertainties of planning during a global pandemic, there was so much joy when M+J were finally able to celebrate their big day!

M+J held an inmate wedding at 501 Union with their nearest + dearest present while extended loved ones tuned in for the ceremony via live stream.

Blush, cream + lavender florals paired with lush greenery created a romantic setting for the candlelit dinner. Guests enjoyed a blend of Cuban and Malaysian-influenced dishes for a unique menu that reflected the couple’s family heritage.

Family played an important role throughout the festivities. Lace from the Bride’s grandmother’s wedding dress was sewn onto the blazer of her reception ensemble. The Bride’s Godmother created the wedding cake while her uncle was spinning turntables to keep the party going all night long!

E+N’s May wedding was as joyous and heartfelt as this fashionable + fun-loving couple!

Following the ceremony at the historic Trinity Church in downtown Boston, guests were invited to The Country Club for the reception. Guests were treated to an al fresco cocktail hour overlooking the course, followed by a candlelit dinner under a classic Sperry Tent.

E+N shared their love of travel, food and wine with their guests: the table names were taken from beaches around the world, guests sipped a curated selection of the bride’s favorite Spanish wines and custom ice cream sandwich flavors made for a sweet treat at the end of the night. 

The mother of the bride’s love of gardening and artistic eye were apparent in the overall design. Colorful blossoms overflowed from ginger jars and floral elements were incorporated throughout—from the wedding invitation suite, to the groom’s accessories. Pops of blue—the bride’s navy footwear, the tapered candles in colonial + dusty blue, and the pale table linens—tied the entire design together.

Tradition meets modern elegance was the theme of A+C’s quintessential New York City wedding. The Texas born groom and Upper West Side native bride brought friends and family together from all over the world for a black tie celebration in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.

On an unseasonably warm January evening, A+C were married in the beautifully restored gothic cathedral of Saint Thomas Church Fifth Avenue before leading guests on the short walk to The University Club of New York.

Lush floral designs transformed the historic social club, combining vibrant red blooms and dramatic greenery with taper candles to create a warm, romantic setting.

A+C wasted no time getting the party started as they transitioned from cocktail hour to the dance floor. At the end of the night, cowboy hats were passed among guests in a nod to the groom’s Texan roots.

We love when couples buck tradition. A + P ditched the bridal party and first dance, opting instead for a classic night out in New York City. Augustine, a buzzy French brasserie located in the renovated historical Beekman Hotel, provided the perfect setting.

After the ceremony at Saint Joseph’s in the West Village, the bride traded her stylish veil for an ivory leather jacket to take photos with her tuxedo-clad groom, while the guests were transported downtown to start the party. 

A + P let us know from the outset that the evening’s menu was really important to them. During cocktail hour, guests enjoyed oysters, a plethora of amazing hors d’oeuvres, and tray-passed bubbly and Coors Light, specifically requested for the bride’s father and brothers. Next, guests were treated to a three-course dinner, followed by some late-night bites to end the evening. 

A + P were equally thoughtful when it came to the smaller details. The paper products—designed by the bride’s mother—were modern and sophisticated, the groom’s curated playlist provided the perfect soundtrack for the evening, and each individual slice of cake featured a miniature butterfly.

Italy was the only destination M + R envisioned for their wedding day. With the groom’s family hailing from Florence, friends and family were invited to Greve in Chianti, Italy for a Tuscan celebration.

M + R kicked off the festivities with a casual wine tasting welcome. The rustic tasting room of Castello Di Uzzano provided an intimate setting for guests to mingle while sampling locally produced wines selected by the groom.

Situated among the vineyards, the ceremony and reception took place at Frattoria di Prenzano. Once a hunting lodge for the Medici family, guests sipped Aperol Spritzes while overlooking the Tuscan countryside.

Music played a prominent role throughout the evening with Anthony Strong providing romantic jazz vocals during the ceremony. The London Essentials kept guests on their feet from cocktail hour through dinner and local Italian band Quei Bravi Ragazzi played as guests danced under the stars.

During our first phone call C + A outlined their priority for the wedding— a meaningful celebration of not only the two of them, but their friends and family. The Greenpoint Loft was the perfect backdrop for C + A’s heartfelt nuptials.

A family-style Italian dinner, overhead greenery, romantic candlelight and bottles of wine lining the long dining tables made the large, industrial loft feel intimate and festive.

After the final toast, guests stormed the dance floor for one of the most energetic dance parties we’ve ever seen, including the bride’s choreographed dance to Robyn’s, Call your Girlfriend. After the reception, C + A led guests to Romona, a vibrant, upscale watering hole for a night cap.

Take us back to this wedding and this couple! Working with E + L on all of the small details for their big day was such a dream. Their August wedding in the Catskills was full of love and laughter. 

E + L invited their guests to join them the day before the wedding at their favorite swimming hole, which helped set the tone for the warm and authentic celebration that followed.

The wedding ceremony took place on their neighbor's property, which is where L popped the question. The party continued across the country road at the couple's cabin.

B + K wanted to bring friends and family together for a full weekend celebration in the bride’s hometown of Palm Springs, California.

The night before the wedding, B + K hosted a welcome party for all of their guests at Sparrows Lodge. The casual taco buffet, sangrias, falsa blankets, campfire and bistro lights created a warm and inviting environment for the bride and groom’s family and friends.

The ceremony and reception took place at The O’Donnell House, a 1920’s hacienda perched above the Palm Springs Art Museum. Prior to the cliffside, garden ceremony guests enjoyed Champagne. After the intimate nuptials, cocktails, dinner and dancing took place on the property’s terrace, with views of the desert below.

The weekend culminated in a farewell brunch at the Ace Hotel & Swim Club.

R + M’s romantic garden wedding took place in St. Michael’s, Maryland at the Inn at Perry Cabin, a Belmond property.

This dynamic duo was such a blast work with. Their first dance song—Uptown Girl by Billy Joel—captured their opposites-attract love story. The groom wanted lawn games and cocktails readily available, while the bride wanted guests to feel like they were attending a sophisticated Parisian dinner party with candlelight to spare.

We balanced laid back and black tie by planning a casual crab feast welcome dinner for the groom and an elegant, black and white wedding for the bride. The crab shack dinner was all mallets and paper table coverings, while the garden wedding was punctuated by touches of black ribbon and arrangements of white florals. A field of candles enveloped the Sperry Sailcloth tent, and tight arrangements of cream roses adorned the round dining tables.
