Copper + Cream is a boutique event planning and design firm based in New York City.

We have designed and produced events ranging from bridal showers and birthday parties to large-scale fundraisers and multiple day wedding celebrations.

We listen to and collaborate with our clients to understand their style, personality and priorities. Armed with this information, we tap into our network of vendors—including venues, photographers, caterers, graphic designers, entertainers, and florists—to assemble an event team best suited to our clients' aesthetics and budget.

Blaire fell for event planning after spearheading a silent auction fundraiser for the Surfrider Foundation NYC. After law school, Blaire joined the development department at Dia Art Foundation where she helped produce events as varied in size as they were in objective – from galas for more than 400 to public book launches, intimate VIP dinners, screenings for 50, public programs, artist conversations, board meetings, and donor-hosted events. 

After planning and designing her own wedding in Palm Springs, California, Blaire founded Copper + Cream to help others celebrate life’s special moments with heart and style.

A lawyer by training but a creative at heart, Blaire enjoys both the practical and artistic aspects of event production. Blaire is equally adept at negotiating contracts with vendors, coordinating event logistics, and managing production timelines as she is at creating experiences and environments in her signature style—timeless, refined, luxurious but approachable.  

In her downtime, you can catch Blaire browsing interior design blogs, sweatin’ it out on her Peloton, enjoying a quiet dinner with her husband, or catching up with her best girlfriends over a glass of wine.
